1. Acceptance of Terms
By using VayaCheck (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Our Role
VayaCheck is a matching platform that connects vehicle owners with independent detailing professionals. We do not provide detailing services ourselves, nor are we responsible for the quality or outcome of any service performed by a detailer.
3. Bookings & Payments
When you book through VayaCheck, you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout (including any applicable fees). Payments are processed via Cash Send for now since we are experiencing technical issues with our bank – you will be asked to upload proof of payment.
- All payments are final once a provider has been selected.
- If you save a booking as a draft, you may complete payment later.
- VayaCheck is not responsible for any disputes between you and the detailer; we encourage you to communicate directly.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our platform. You also agree to:
- Respect the detailer’s time and property.
- Communicate any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
- Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the detailer’s own policy. VayaCheck does not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed, and the research fee is non‑refundable. If you believe there is an issue, please contact us and we will help mediate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VayaCheck is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any services provided by third‑party detailers.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We also use cookies – see our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
